Registration is compulsory to attend ICIMSP 2024.
Author and Presenter Only: Please make the registration after the papers or abstracts are accepted by the conference after review.
Listeners: No publication and presentation. Please download the
registration form for listeners and send
the filled form to the conference secretary at
contact@icimsp.org for successful registration confirmation.

Notes
1. To qualify for Student / Committee Registration
rate, please provide your student ID card.
2. One regular paper registration can cover a paper within
10 pages, including all figures, tables,
and references.
3. Registration fee covers: 1) Attending all
technical sessions; 2) Conference materials; 3)
Lunch and dinner on Dec.
28; 4) Conference bag; 5) Morning and afternoon teas.
4. Please note that registration fees are not refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy:
If a registrant is unable to attend ICIMSP 2024, they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference organizer, someone else to attend the conference. If the aforementioned solutions are not applicable to the registrant, the following policies of cancellation and refund apply:
1. Up to 90 days prior to the conference date: 70% refund of the registration fees paid;
2. Less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the conference date: 60% refund of the registration fees paid;
3. Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fees paid;
4. Less than 30 days prior to the conference date: No refund.
Please note:
*The cancellation and refund request must be made formally through email to contact@icimsp.org .
* For “No-Show” without cancelation notice sent within the period specified in the policy, registration fee is nonrefundable.
若注册者无法出席会议，可提前与会议主办方协调，由他人代替出席，如无法采取上述解决方案，请参照以下退费条款：
1.会议开始日期前90天内: 退回已付注册费的70%；
2.会议开始日期前60天至90天: 退回已付注册费的60%；
3.会议开始前30至60天: 退回已付注册费的50%；
4.会议开始前不足30天: 不予退费。
** 1. The above item is based on deduction for any
bank transfer fees (30USD).
2. In case of visa rejection, no-show or early
departure, no refund of registration fees will be
made.
3. All refunds will be processed after the
conference.
4. Due to force majeure including but not limited to
earthquake, natural disaster, war and country
policy, organizer reserves the rights to change the
conference dates or venue with immediate effect and
does not assume responsibility for any additional
costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges
made for travel and lodging.
Disclaimer:
The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer's control.

Content will be submitted to the indexing databases for indexing. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.

Submission and registration must be managed using the officially authorized channels (online system, email address) published on this website. Regular consultation can be carried out through WeChat (published on the website). Registration process notification will be sent through contact@icimsp.org. Please do not trust any non-official contacts. If you receive any suspicious call, text message, email or notice any suspicious website, please report to us immediately. The conference organizer accepts no responsibility for any losses caused by unauthorized third party.
